
Within 20 minutes, our unique filtration equipment allows us to empty the fryer, completely filter and polish the oil (extending it's natural life), and replace it into the fryer - all at operating temperature, so there is no disruption to your schedule.
Everything is done in a single visit, on a weekly / fortnightly basis to get the best life from the oil. We do all the work, so you don't have to get involved - fryers are left hygienically clean (with either filtered, polished oil or totally fresh oil depending on your requirement - we also provide rapeseed oil), and your health & safety issues are removed.

Our ultrasonic cleaning system ensures that the filters look and perform brilliantly once treated, and this can be carried out whilst we are on site - all the work takes place within our mobile station, there is no mess created in your kitchen.
Alternatively, we can simply remove your existing canopy filters for cleaning, and immediately provide replacements whist we thoroughly degrease the old filters. We will return with your freshly cleaned filters at a later date, and swap them back over - this means no interruption to you, and we are onsite less than 10 minuntes!
